Hi, I’m Maryla, a nutritional therapist and fitness coach. My passion for nutrition and fitness started with a personal commitment to healthy eating and exercise. The positive physiological effects I experienced through my own lifestyle changes inspired me to empower others to do the same.

My mission is to help you live a healthier life, filled with energy and free from painful symptoms. I use scientific research to give you the tools to improve your overall wellbeing, using nothing but nutrition, lifestyle changes, and supplementation.

I specialize in dealing with diseases and infirmities of aging and weight management by creating individualized diet, supplementation and exercise programmes.

In addition to 10 years of experience in nutritional therapy, I have been a fitness trainer for the last 20 years. I have also worked for many years with GP referral scheme, run by Southampton Leisure Centre in the UK. The GP referral programme was for patients with at least one risk factor such as Type 2 diabetes, clinically obese, stress/anxiety, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, smokers, raised cholesterol, hypertension, back pain and many other conditions.

I also hold certificates in post rehabilitation and exercise with different disabilities, and Pilates teaching.
