SUGAR

The process by which sugars and proteins couple in the body - called GLYCATION - is what really ages us.

According to a Journal of Clinical Anatomy on Aging, Glycation prevents the protein from working appropriately. If it occurs in the protein in your intervertebral disc, the disc dries out and degenerates. The same process is what ages all the systems of our body, our brain, our skin, our arteries, and our joints. Consequently, the more SUGAR that we put into our bodies, the more we glycate and speed up the process of aging.
